Call Forwarding Extension instructions

Portal Method

To Forward Always

1. Go to https://portal.ask-vision.com/portal/
   • U: extnum@Domain  P: portal password
2. Click on Answering Rules
3. Click on Pencil (Edit) to the right of the Default rule
4. Click on Always to select and enter extension or 10 digit number to "forward always"
5. Click Save
6. Call and test your change

 To Unforward

1. Go to https://portal.ask-vision.com/portal/
   • U: extnum@Domain  P: portal password
2. Click on Answering Rules
3. Click on Pencil (Edit)
4. Click on Always to deselect and click on Simultaneous ring to select
5. Click Save
6. Call and test your change

Phone Method

To Forward

1. From your extension dial *72 followed by extension or 10 digit number you want to forward to
2. It will speak back "Forward Always number"
3. Place a call to test.

To Unforward

1. From your extension dial *73 
2. It will speak back "Forwarding disabled"
3. Place a call to test.
