1. Determine IP address of your phone
2. Press the Paper button to bring up the Setup Menu
3. Press 3 to go to the Settings menu
4. Press 5 to go to the Network Configuration Menu
5. Press 3 to show the IP address
6. Note the IP Address
7. Log into the phone interface
8. Enter the IP address you noted in the URL field of the internet browser on your PC
9. Enter user for the Username
10. Enter Phone Password
11. Click on Admin Login
12. Enter admin for the Username
13. Enter Phone Password
14. Click on Voice
15. Click on System
16. Remove what is in the User Password field
17. Click Submit All Changes
