Log into the portal with Office Manager extension
https://portal.ask-vision.com/portal/
U: ext@Domain (where ext is your extension number and Domain is your domain) P: Portal password (ChangeMe1-until you change it)
Click on Users
Enter 500 in the "Enter name, extension or dept." field (if there is no extension 500 call Vision Voice Support)
Click the Magnifying glass
Click the Edit button and Select Answering Rules from the drop down menu
Click Allow/Block button
Enter the number under Blocked Numbers (no dashes or spaces)
Click the + sign
Click Done
