• Log into the portal with Office Manager extension

  • Click on Users

  • Enter 500 in the "Enter name, extension or dept." field (if there is no extension 500 call Vision Voice Support)

  • Click the Magnifying glass

  • Click the Edit button and Select Answering Rules from the drop down menu

  • Click Allow/Block button

  • Enter the number under Blocked Numbers (no dashes or spaces)

  • Click the + sign

  • Click Done
