Record Voicemail Greeting for new phone user
Accessing voicemail from the phone.
Dial *62 or 5001 or Press Voicemail/Message button
Enter your password (default is 5050 or 9876)
The first time you log into your voicemail it will prompt you to record your unavailable greeting and name
If it does not prompt you to record
To record your unavailable greeting, press “6” for greeting menu, press 1 to record greeting. Press 1 for your default unavailable message.
To record your name, press “5” for option menu, press “2” to record your name
To record a temporary greeting (out of office)

Dial *62 or 5001 or Press Voicemail/Message button
Enter your password (default is 5050 or 9876)
- Press “6” for greeting menu, press 1 to record greeting, press 2 to record alternate greeting (ex. going on vacation).
- Record after the tone and press # when done.
- Press 1 to select this as your greeting.
- Be sure to set it back to greeting 1 when the alternate greeting 2 is no longer valid (ex. back from vacation).
Record Voicemail Greeting for non phone user
Accessing voicemail for account without a phone
Dial 5000 from any phone
Enter the account number - (phone extension number)
Enter the password - 5050
The first time you log into your voicemail it will prompt you to record your unavailable greeting and name
To re-record greeting
To record the unavailable greeting, press “6” for greeting menu, press 1 to record greeting. Press 1 for the default unavailable message.
To record the name (used by dial-by-name directory), press “5” for option menu, press “2” to record the name
